About the project:
A large product network in Russia, but still not a very popular food delivery service in Dubai. The client approached FANDS to increase brand awareness, start getting app downloads, and expand into the international market.

how We Did it:
We immediately realized that to solve this task, we needed to dig deeper. We studied everything: the target audience, competitors, and the market.
After talking to locals, it became clear that TikTok is a must in their daily routine, so that’s where we could catch their attention. We hypothesized that we needed to promote not just on Facebook, as the client initially wanted, but also on TikTok. Spoiler: it worked.
We built sales funnels, created compelling offers, and launched tests. Throughout the process, we handled the full creative production, set up integrations through Albato and Manychat, keeping budgets and lead quality in mind.
Result:
— We’re getting 2,000 app downloads every month, which is 1.5 times more than planned.
— The average cost per download is $1.36 (while the average CPI in Dubai is $2–$6, and for a niche audience like expats, it’s $4–$8).
— We’ve increased the number of online orders by 1.5 times per month.
