About the project:
A new multi-brand concept store, FAVE, was opening in Bali. To increase brand awareness and drive traffic, the client turned to FANDS for a digital strategy. We’re not fans of spoilers, but here’s the thing: we helped FAVE become the top store on the island. Oooops, we did it again :)

how We Did it:
We began by developing a digital strategy that included a brand platform, positioning, tone of voice, content plan, and visual concept. During market research, we uncovered an insight: people missed city clothing that made them feel stylish and beautiful. But the Balinese heat didn’t allow for creating interesting outfits.
The solution came from FAVE’s message: you can stay stylish, just like in the city, and still not melt from the heat. We went against stereotypes to show that you can stay true to yourself in any location
Heading to Uluwatu? FAVE has swimsuits that break hearts in photos. Invited to a party? You can put together a basic yet sexy look in a comfortable concept store.
We organized photo shoots, managed social media profiles, and grew the follower count using targeted ads. Every piece of content conveyed that FAVE is a stylish and comfortable concept store with the best clothing brands, making you feel beautiful.
Result:
In just 3 months of work, the store's revenue reached $48K, with 80% of traffic coming through Instagram. We grew the follower count to 2,000 people, and major influencers started offering collaborations with the brand. Thanks to our work with advertising and SMM, FAVE is now planning to open a second retail location.
