A premium beauty salon chain in Dubai is a place where women can embrace the power of their natural beauty. Our goal was to help the business scale, refresh their social media, and boost appointment bookings. And we made it happen!

how We Did it:
We started our partnership by developing a digital strategy. We conducted interviews, customer development research, and social listening with the Arabic-speaking target audience. This research became the foundation for the brand platform and concept: "A space where women can escape their worries and enjoy quality time with themselves."
We came up with fresh content categories and incorporated the latest SMM trends. While competitors were posting client photos and service prices, we stood out and boosted the salon's recognition. See for yourself:
We also promoted the salon through contextual and targeted ads on Instagram and TikTok. Plus, we organized special events that doubled the company’s revenue, strengthened client loyalty, and attracted new audiences.
"Dear clients, welcome aboard PRONAILS Beauty!" One of our client days was themed as a flight experience — another way to escape routine and enjoy time with yourself. The idea was reflected in every detail: tickets, beauty passports, a Polaroid-themed photo zone, and more.
