Transformator Travel is a travel project that initially organized trips around the world. However, the company has evolved into creating premium, large-scale events—sending entrepreneurs to Antarctica with Basta and other celebrity guests. And we’ve been with them every step of the way.

how We Did it:
Initially, we focused on running targeted ads to attract new travelers to join Transformator Travel's trips. Our strategic approach delivered results! By the end of 2023, the project had grown, and the FANDS team took the lead in managing the performance marketing department on the client side.
We then began overseeing the brand’s promotion across all channels: Instagram targeted ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and Yandex Direct. We were responsible for creating advertising funnels and developing landing pages. We started implementing tools that hadn't been used before and increasing budgets—up to 1 million rubles per month.
Result:
- We integrated all Performance Marketing tools
- Worked with a monthly budget starting from $5,000
- Generated 500 leads every month
