About the project:
A new beauty salon was opening in Poland, with some challenging goals right from the start: stand out among the huge number of competitors and secure regular bookings for beauty services. These challenges were immediately directed to FANDS :)

how We Did it:
We began developing the marketing strategy with market and audience research. This helped us identify the territory for effective brand positioning.
We called the beauty salon "The Sunny Oasis" and referred to our clients as amazons. To be honest, in Warsaw, women were lacking warmth and a place to simply relax with their favorite beauty treatments. Marselle Space was able to perfectly address this need.
Based on the positioning, we created the tone of voice, visual concept, and content strategy, adapting relevant SMM trends. Thus, Marselle Space’s social media featured augmented reality videos, ASMR, storytelling, and recreations of old ads. There was so much more! We quickly stood out in the Polish market — some of our creative solutions were the first of their kind in the country.
The sunny oasis concept was also reflected in special projects. For instance, we organized a Movie Day, handing out popcorn and tickets for beauty sessions at the entrance. Sold-out events were the norm for us.
Additionally, we launched targeted ads and worked with influencers to attract the audience and motivate bookings at the salon. But the most important part: we built a community of vibrant women ready to shine, even when it’s raining outside.
Result:
The positioning helped the salon stand out in the market, the content gained viral reach, and bookings for services were consistently filled.
And in numbers:
- 90% of clients come from Instagram
- 1,200 new clients during our collaboration with FANDS
- Cost per client with our strategy — $10
